Getting a divorce

If you need help applying for a divorce, we would be happy to help you understand what you need to do.

Applying to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for a divorce, does not finalise your financial, property and children’s arrangements following separation. Applying for a divorce simply dissolves your marriage.
